Carve out time each day for solitude and deliberately relax.

Begin and end the day with, Reflection and Meditation.

 Don’t over schedule, but strive for realistic deadlines

Don’t make promises you cannot keep, be clear about your intentions.

Allow an extra half hour for everything you do.

Create quiet surroundings at home and at work.

Breathe, deeply and often.

Be instead of do.

Stop trying to please everyone — start pleasing yourself now and then.

Surrender expectations, be open to Life’s surprises

.Nurture friendship, savour what’s beautiful and precious in your life.

Exchange security for serenity and cherish your dreams.

Search for your authentic self until it appears.
