Within his range of experience, he has worked in organisations and institutional settings dealing with adults suffering with challenging mental health issues. He has also over 15 years experience of facilitating workshops and retreats, incorporating integrative psychotherapy, neuroscience, cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness practices. He is particularly interested in helping people to view mental health issues, not from a place of victimhood, but as real opportunities for healing, growth and transformation. He believes that the key to good mental functioning is cultivating a life affirming attitude while building resilience, balance and creative resources to deal with life’s stresses and challenges. He has offices in Mayfield, Carrignavar and Glanmire Medical Centre.
